International Shipping At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vanesolutions.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs and Duties (Canada) For Canadian orders, customers may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
